• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

4. Warranties and Liability

• We provide a warranty on parts and labor for a period of 7 days/months from the date of service.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or unforeseeable complications that arise during service.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide the highest quality services, but we do not guarantee that all issues will be fully resolved.
• Under no circumstances shall New Era Plumbing be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information about the issue and grant access to the premises for service.
• Any hazardous conditions, such as gas leaks or structural damage, must be disclosed before service begins.
